I have oredered from Patternworks in the past and found them to be pleasant and helpful. A few weeks ago, I ordered yarn from the catalog and what I received looked nothing like the color swatches listed in the catalog. Called customer service and asked for the warehouse to look through the bins to try to find a match and for someone to give me a call back in a few days. The caller (message) said, "we have a no-quibble return policy and that you can return the yarn any time." Does that mean that there is no match available? What about my yarn? What about my cost for shipping that I paid for it to get to me, AND back to Patternworks? I phoned today (two-three weeks later) and spoke to a customer service rep who behaved as though I was bothering her. I tried to tell her that the "company" needs to inspect the yarns because other customers will be in the same boat as I. ......somehow I just don't think that I was making any sense, or maybe I caught her at the wrong time, or that it even mattered.
........feeling 'up a stream without a paddle'.
