9th Annual SPA Knit and Spin Vendor Invitation
APPLICATION
You are cordially invited to ** APPLY ** for vendor space at the 9th Annual New England Textile Arts Network (NETA) Spa Knit & Spin, February 25 - 27, 2010 in Freeport, Maine. If you know others who might like to be invited to apply, please forward this webpage address to them.
Vendor application deadline is 9/1/2010 and the vendor selection will be announced around the 1st of October.
If you are part of the NETA community and follow our conversations on line, you know all about this and you probably reserved your guest room when the dates were announced recently. "Spa, Knit & Spin" is an all-volunteer, annual gathering of fiber enthusiasts spanning New England and beyond. Participants do not register or pay anything but their personal expenses to attend.
Each year, carefully selected vendors pay a relatively small fee to display goods in the "NETA Mercantile," which is open Friday evening through 11 a.m. on Sunday morning. The Mercantile is truly one of the highlights for Spa-goers each year. The weekend is an unstructured free exchange of ideas and skills, great food & drink, spa treatments, many dozens of quality door prizes, an evening fashion show, teaching, learning and hanging out with friends old and new.
The NETA Vendor Mercantile provides an opportunity to promote and sell your products allowing SPA attendees to support regional producers of fiber related goods. If you are selected to be a vendor for 2010, your application fee confirms your space at SPA weekend. If you are not selected this year, the fee is returned immediately. Please complete the application and e-mail it to Deb Claffie at tylerfarm@fairpoint.net ASAP to indicate your interest.
Your payment (check or money order only) should be mailed ASAP to :

We strongly encourage you to include web links as well as photographs of your products and prior booth displays with your application.
