LOVE this store. Lots of space, great area to work, area to sit and look at patterns, upscale yarns, helpful and fun staff, warm and welcoming, awesome hours.
Great store. The yarns -- and there are so many luscious varieties of yarn -- are displayed by weight so all the lace in section, bulky in another etc. Includes local yarn companies like Sereknity. And do not forget Stitches, the first yarn store dog I've ever met.
Hooray! Finally a local source for Kauni Effektgarn. It was nice to be able to see and select this this yarn in person. A lovely spacious store that just happens to be on the way to and from where my in-laws live. I only get to stop when I am in charge of the car (and have the time) but given all the lovely yarns they have, that is probably a good thing!
I visited here for the first time on Saturday. I was amazed at the vast selection of brands of yarns. There is a whole wall of Cascade 220, for example - I have never seen so many choices in one yarn. Store is bright, spacious, inviting and people are helpful.
